The tour begins in the charming medieval village of Casperia, where you’ll set off by bike through the picturesque Sabine countryside, eventually reaching a local organic farm.
Here, participants will take part in a cooking class focused on preparing authentic stringozzi aspresi.
After the cooking class, the experience concludes with a tasting of the freshly made pasta, served with a traditional Sabine sauce.
